Text-to-MOGRT Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Text-to-MOGRT, an Adobe Premiere Pro plugin designed to help generate MOGRT subtitle clips from user-selected text and timeline information.

By installing or using Text-to-MOGRT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the plugin.

Local Workflow

Text-to-MOGRT is designed as an offline-first workflow. Subtitle generation is intended to run locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for the current plugin workflow.

You are responsible for choosing the files, sequences, tracks, templates, and settings used with the plugin.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your project files, text files, media, timeline data, and generated subtitles. Text-to-MOGRT does not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use any text, media, templates, fonts, or other materials processed with the plugin.

Backups And Review

Before using Text-to-MOGRT on important work, keep a backup copy of your Premiere Pro project and related files.

Generated subtitle clips and timing should be reviewed by the editor before publishing or delivering a final video. The plugin is a workflow aid and does not replace human editorial review.

Acceptable Use

You may use Text-to-MOGRT only in compliance with applicable laws, Adobe terms, and any licenses that apply to your project files, media, fonts, and Motion Graphics Templates.

You may not use the plugin to violate third-party rights, bypass software restrictions, or interfere with Adobe Premiere Pro or other software.

No Warranty

Text-to-MOGRT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding accuracy, reliability, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text-to-MOGRT and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, content, projects, or business opportunities arising from use of the plugin.

Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. If the plugin later adds online services, telemetry, licensing, crash reporting, or cloud processing, these terms may be updated before those features are made available.
